Stretch Zone Folsom: A Game-Changer for Mobility and Wellness
I recently had the privilege of being the very first client at the new Stretch Zone location in Folsom, California. As someone who values physical wellness, I was excited to experience their unique approach to stretching—and they certainly didn't disappoint!
Unlike traditional stretching methods that focus solely on flexibility, Stretch Zone works on adjusting your stretch reflex. This scientifically-based approach gradually increases your active range of motion, helping your body function more efficiently. Their certified practitioners use a patented strapping system on specialized tables to isolate specific muscle groups, effectively breaking up what they call "tissue glue" that can restrict movement and drain energy.
